Our Toy Satisfaction
Guarantee
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase and because of this, we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your toys to request a return for any reason.
(Excludes any Digital Products)
Please note, our Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover made-to-order items, second hand toys, lost toys or damaged toys that were not due to a quality issue.
Section 1: For Returns & Exchanges via littlearkington.com
To be eligible for a return you will need to contact us within 14 days of receipt of your toy and be the original purchaser of the toy.
All items must be in the same condition that they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

(The fastest way to ensure you get your preferred exchange item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.)
Returns & Exchange Requests
Please send your return or exchange request to returns@littlearkington.com and include:
• Your name
• Order date
• Order number
• Preferred toy for exchange (if applicable)
Please see Section 3 below for details about how to return your toy to us via post once your request has been approved.
Section 2: Returns & Exchanges via other Retailers
If you purchased a little arkington toy from any other retailer, please check out their return and refund policy for more details.
Please note, our Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover made-to-order items, second hand toys, lost toys or damaged toys that were not due to a quality issue.
Section 3: Exceptions and Non-returnable items
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of these products, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on any digital items e.g. digital sewing patterns.

Custom & Personalised Products:
Due to the unique details of made-to-order items, commissioned or personalised items we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange or refund for them unless there is a quality issue that cannot be mended.
We will offer to repair a faulty item, re-make an item that is irrevocably faulty or provide a credit note for our online store if you so choose.
Sale Items & Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All products sold in a sale are final sale only.

Section 4: Returning Products by Post
If you need to make an exchange or return, you must pay for any return shipping costs.
We suggest that you send items back (in their original packaging) using a tracked service as we cannot not be held responsible for any returns that may become lost in the post.
Please leave a note with your return letting us know:
• Your name
• Your order date
• Your order number
• For exchanges - Your preferred toy
We will endeavour to make an exchange for your prefered toy but in the event that we cannot do this, we will contact you about any potential alternatives.
Section 5: Condition of Returned Toys
Please note that we can only accept returns of toys that are in the same condition that they were originally sent. Any toys that are not returned in their original condition will have the loss in value deducted from the refund amount.
Section 6: Canceling your Order
Cancelations before dispatch:
If you contact us at any time before your toy has been dispatched, we can cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Any orders that have already been shipped prior to the cancellation cannot be cancelled.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your returns.
Section 7: Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
In the unlikely event that more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return without a refund, please contact us at returns@littlearkington.com.
